1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items that have been used, written in, or damaged by the customer
• Products with broken seals or removed tags
• Bulk or wholesale orders
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
• Contact us at info@btpublishers.com with your order number and reason for return
• Our team will review your request within 2 business days
• If approved, we will provide you with return instructions
• Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you received a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
