1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

       All major cities across Pakistan

       Remote and smaller towns (delivery times may vary)

For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:

       Other major cities: 3–5 business days

       Remote areas: 5–7 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

 

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer:

       Free shipping on orders above a qualifying amount (as displayed at checkout)

       Standard shipping fee for orders below the threshold

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order through the courier's website. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of your order, please contact us.

 

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

 

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may attempt re-delivery or hold the package at a nearby facility. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery. BT Store is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
